Returns & Exchanges:

If you don't love your purchase and would like a refund, I gladly accept these if contacted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Items must be sent back via recorded delivery in their original condition with labels attached. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, in which case all postage costs will be refunded by me. 

Items returned back in a damaged state, covered in pet hair or smelling of cigarette smoke will not be refunded and will be retuned to the buyer.

I do not accept exchanges. 

My returns policies are in line with Trading Standards and EU distance selling laws. 

Customs & Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes occurred when shipping outside the UK. 

I am not responsible for any shipping delays due to Customs inspections.
